This policy explains how GLOBULAR CLUSTER TECHNOLOGY SOFTWARE LIMITED (“we”, “us”) handles personal information on this website, globularcluster.ca (the “Site”), and on our payment site, pay.globularcluster.ca (the “Payment Site”), where services are ordered and paid for.

What we collect

On this Site

Contact form: the name, email, phone number (optional) and message you submit. The form is processed by Formspree and forwarded to us by email.
We do not use analytics or tracking tools on this Site, and we do not set cookies.

On the Payment Site

Account details: email, and (if you sign up) your name and a password hash.
Order details: the service purchased, amount, currency, payment date and status, and the billing address entered at checkout (for tax).
Technical data: cookies needed for your sign-in session and language preference.

Card numbers and WeChat Pay / Alipay account details are handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store them.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiries;
To deliver the services you buy and handle payments, refunds and subscriptions;
To send service emails such as order confirmations and renewal notices;
To calculate and report taxes as required by law and to prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only as needed to run the Site and provide the services:

GitHub Pages (hosting this Site) and Formspree (contact form). When you visit the Site or submit the form, these providers may receive technical data such as your IP address and browser information as part of serving the page.
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting the Payment Site) and our email provider.
Authorities, where required by law.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept as required by tax law; contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry; other data is deleted when you close your account. You can access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing support@globularcluster.ca.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed.
